Eggs - 2 (0.75 carbs)
Sausage (0 carbs)

Lunch
Side salad (4 carbs)
Chicken salad (2 carbs)

Dinner
Cabbage, water chestnuts, chicken sausage, scallion stir-fry (20 carbs)

Total Carbs - 29.75
Activity - Yoga

Water chestnuts are carb heavy, this does not bode well for me (a certain someone who is on the diet with me is going to be PO-ed)
