Help - things I would like to slim down for are approaching....
1. Swim suits - it's getting hot in here
2. Reunited and it feels so ? - visiting friends and family I haven't seen for a while
3. ACL - it's getting really hot in here
4. Turning 31 - one foot in the grave...
